A. YES. Keycut Services can sell you a Safe to suit your individual needs,
level of risk and budget.
Q. What sort of Safes are there ?
A. Keycut Services can supply you with, Free-Standing, In-Floor, Wall, Home,
Drug, Computer-Data Protection or Pistol and Rifle Safes, as well as
fire-safe Security Chests. Safes can be operated by Key, Combination
or Digital Access. Use our expertise to prescribe the right Safe to suit
your own individual need and insurance requirements.
Q. Is it necessary to service Combination Safes ?
A. YES. It is recommended that your Safe is serviced once a year depending
on the extent of the Safes' use. Keycut Services has accredited Safe
Technicians that will maintain your Safe in "tip-top" working condition
through our maintenance program. It should be noted that if you notice the
Combination Mechanism is becoming loose or tight or not operating as
normal, contact us immediately. The Safe is giving you a warning that all
may not be well with the Lock.
Q. Can you change the Combinations on our Safe ?
A. Yes. Keycut Services Safe Technicians are approved by the Australian
Security Intelligence Organisation and can change the Combinations to your
Safe, guaranteering complete confidentiality. When we change Combinations
we will also service the Safe at the same time if required.
Q. I have just bought a business with a Safe and I don't know the Combination.
Can you help me ?

of high security and gives you complete control of the number of Keys issued

Q. Can I have a Lock system that will allow me to control who has access to
various areas and allow me access to all areas using only one Key ?

will allow you to do all that. Keycut Services can visit your business,
survey the areas you want designated, incorporate a Master Key level and
build the system to meet your business security requirements.
Q. What is a Restricted Key System ?
A. A Restricted Key System allows you complete control over the issuing,
duplication and maintenance of your Locks and Keys. No work can be legally
performed on either an existing or a new system of Locks and Keys unless
the proper authority is submitted to the Locksmith with whom the restricted
system is registered. A Restricted System can be used for a single Lock or
be utilised in a large Master Keyed operation. The benefit is that you have
complete control over who has Keys and what Keys operate what areas,
giving you peace of mind.

Q. I want to have access to my premises without using a Key. Is this possible ?
A. YES. Keycut Services can provide you with a mechanical or electrical Lock
System that can allow you access to various areas of your premises without
the use of a Key. Keycut Services can also incorporate a Key over-ride system.
Q. Can I have an electronic access system that can give me a method of recording
who has gained access and at what times ?
A. YES. Keycut Services can supply you with a Security System that can give
you all of that information.
Q. Can I have an electronic system that allows certain staff entry to various
areas of the premises at certain times ?
A. YES. Keycut Services can set-up a system that will give certain personnel
access to various areas within a specified time frame.
Q. Can you supply and install "Boom Gates" to control entry to work-sites by
various persons and/or vehicles ?
A. YES. Keycut Services can arrange our specially qualified Sub-contractor
Technician to supply and install such devices. Our Sub-contractor has many
years experience in this field of work and is utilised due to his knowledge,
workmanship and professionalism.

Q. Do you operate a mobile service ?
A. YES. Keycut Services has fully equipped and stocked mobile vans to attend to
your security needs on-site. Wherever you are, Keycut Services can get there.
Q. I want to upgrade the security of my Home. Do you come out to the house to
do your surveys/quotes and is this service free ?
A. YES. In most cases. Keycut Services will visit your Home or Business to
survey and quote on what suits your level of risk and budget. FREE OF CHARGE.
Q. Do you have Credit Card payment facilities ?
A. YES. Keycut Services can process Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa and American
Express credit card payments. However, we do not have EFTPOS facilities.
Q. Can you send me the Bill ?
A. YES. If you establish an account or if prior arrangements have been made
with Keycut Services and approved by management. Most work is either Cash,
Cheque or Credit Card payment, but there are the options of either 7 day
or 30 day accounts for approved customers.
Q. What sort of Warranty is on your products and service work ?
A. Keycut Services upholds the Warranties as stipulated by the manufacturers of
the products we sell. Keycut Services' own service work is guaranteed for a
period of six(6) months commencing on the date of completion of the work
performed. This guarantee is pending on the proof that any such fault was a
direct result of poor workmanship of an employee of Keycut Services and not
of the actions of any other party or parties.
Q. Do you have an After-Hours emergency service ?
A. YES. Keycut Services provides an After-Hours service for any emergency

Q. Have you a business card ?
A. YES. Keycut Services has business cards that give you contact and location
details and also summarises what Keycut Services can do for you.
Q. Can you supply product brochures ?
A. YES. Keycut Services has a lot of product information and br /ochures on many
of the products we supply and Keycut Services are only too happy to supply
you with any information you require.
Q. If I purchase new Locks from you but want to install them myself, will you
explain how ?
A. YES. Keycut Services is only too willing to give advice on the installation
of any of the products we supply.
